Mid thigh, visualise femur and find femoral artery.
Adductor canal is lateral to femoral artery.
Needle approach is lateral and inject LA at the top of the canal underneath sartorius.
Try to inject and deliver LA to the area between the canal and the femoral artery to get it to "peel off" the artery to increase the success rate.
