For reversion of supraventricular tachycardia-svt
1. first dose at 100mcg/kg

3. after 2min the third dose is 300mcg/kg

When administering to revert SVT, delivery as a concentrated bolus is an imperative. Connect a 3-way tap to a proximal peripheral vein, connect adenosine dose to one port, 20ml normal saline to the other. Immediately after administering adenosine rotate 3-way tap and flush with normal saline.
