If a patient has been exposed to bleomycin at anytime in the past, consider the risk that hyperoxia may result in delayed pulmonary fibrosis. #spanza2012
This is particularly the case in patients with the below risk factors
1) patients with evidence of preexisting pulmonary injury from BLM; or
2) prior exposure to BLM within a 1 to 2 month period.
