Topic aliases are alternate phrasings for a particular topic.
In the event of a death on the table during surgery for an operation where death was not unexpected (eg ruptured AAA), notification to the coroner is not usually required.
Improve to correct grammar or spelling, but do not significantly alter the substance of the original author's text.
