Venous stasis mode can be used to use the NIBP cuff as a tourniquet for IV insertion. Find it under the NIBP menu.

If the arrhythmia alarm is being triggered constantly by diathermy, consider switching the alarm source to arterial line or oximeter and rely instead on the heart rate alarm.

If the arterial line is connected but the trace is flat, it may that the connection at the monitor needs to be pressed in firmly.

To put in bypass mode: Press "Fast access", scroll to "OR" and press wheel, scroll to "Bypass" and press wheel.
To come off bypass mode, press "All Alarms Off" button.
To come off bypass mode, press "All Alarms Off" button.
