Ensure you watch the styletted ETT enter the oropharynx as you insert it rather than watching the screen to avoid causing trauma to the posterior pharyngeal wall.

Make sure the stylet is well lubricated. It may be difficult to remove and the excessive force may pull the ETT out of the trachea.
