Infusion:
30mg GTN in 50ml Normal Saline gives 600mcg/ml. 1ml/hr is therefore 10mcg/min.
Usual rate is 5-200 microgram/min (0.5-20ml/hr)

Nebulised as pulmonary vasodilator in pulmonary embolus.

Setting up dilution for bolus. Take 1ml of 600mcg/ml solution (30mg GTN in 50ml Normal saline) and dilute this up to 12ml in Normal Saline to give a 50mcg/ml GTN solution.
