Rapid acting insulin with onset of effect at 10-15 minutes. Duration depends on mix of rapid acting insulin lispro, and intermediate acting insulin lispro protamine. Duration for plain Humalog is 3-5hrs. Duration for Humalog 75/25 and 50/50 is 10-16hrs. refl.in/ma
