To treat local anesthetic toxicity with 20% intralipid:
1. 1.5ml/kg over 1min,
followed by an infusion of
2. 15ml/kg/hr (0.25ml/kg/min) for 20min,
3. then repeat bolus every 5mins
4. then at 20min increase infusion to 30ml/kg/hr (0.5ml/kg/min).
